We are introducing a rewards program to help enhance the customer experience. As of now, ways to earn points include:
Store purchases (3 points per $1 spent)
Instagram follow (@welllitcandles)
Twitter follow (@welllitcandles)
Facebook like (Well Lit Candles)
Each 100 points redeemed allows for a $1 discount on your purchase.
In order to be eligible for rewards, you must be a member of our site. Please let us know if you have any questions, and we will be happy to help!
For assistance in setting up your rewards, please see below:
1) Access our website
2) Click the "Log In" icon on the top right
3) Follow the prompts to login or sign up for membership
4) Once logged in, click the rewards icon at the bottom of the screen to open the rewards panel.
You will see your rewards balance, ways to earn, and ways to redeem points. Select "Ways to earn".
5) Opt to follow on Instagram and/or like on Facebook to earn quick points. (We have added Twitter as well! Please note, if you are already a follower on these platforms, you will still need to follow these steps so our system is aware of your status.)
6) Once action is completed, points will be updated. Return to main rewards screen to see updated points balance.
7) To redeem points select "Ways to redeem".
8) Select the desired redemption option.
9) Use the slider to select how many points you would like to redeem. Click "Redeem".
10) You will be given a coupon code for your rewards. Select "Copy code".
11) Begin/continue shopping. When you are ready to checkout, go to your cart. Paste the coupon code into the promo code section. The discount will be applied to your order.
